Cory Anderson’s journey at Ameri-Force began in the Operations department, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing the growth of our industrial sectors across the West Coast and Midwest regions. His leadership, strategic initiatives, and deep commitment to operational excellence helped expand our presence in these key markets, while strengthening client relationships.
Cory’s extensive experience in sales, garnered prior to joining Ameri-Force, now becomes invaluable as he steps into his new role as Director of Sales & Recruiting. In this position, Cory will lead our national sales initiatives and drive recruiting efforts to attract top talent across the country. His unique blend of operational and sales expertise positions him to guide Ameri-Force towards continued growth and success.
With over a decade of dedicated service to Ameri-Force, Andrew Durrett has been an integral part of our team’s success. Having worked through all departments within the company as part of our comprehensive management program, Andrew has developed a holistic understanding of our operations. This broad exposure has equipped him with the insight and efficiency necessary to excel in his leadership role.
As Director of Operations, Andrew will be responsible for managing all aspects of our operations, ensuring we consistently deliver top-tier service to our clients. His commitment to efficiency, teamwork, and operational excellence has optimized our processes and enhanced client satisfaction over the years.
