Fit and Condition Matter

Make sure your footwear:

• Is free of cracks, holes, or worn soles
• Has intact toe protection and tread

If your boots are damaged or no longer provide proper support, replace them promptly.

 

Employee Responsibility & Reporting

Employees are responsible for arriving to work each day in approved, job-ready footwear. If you’re unsure whether your boots meet jobsite requirements, ask before starting work.

If your footwear becomes damaged on the job, or if you encounter a condition that makes safe footing difficult, report it immediately to both your Ameri-Force manager and your onsite supervisor. Addressing concerns early helps prevent injuries and keeps everyone safe.
