Cory has built his career across customer service, operations, sales, and recruiting. After joining Ameri-Force on the operations side, he developed a deep understanding of both client needs and recruiting teams before taking on leadership of sales and recruiting.
Today, he leads a talent function supporting shipbuilding and manufacturing, with a focus on developing recruiters, improving delivery, and helping the organization adapt to an increasingly AI-driven workforce.

Cory believes AI should handle the work that can be automated while people stay focused on judgment, connection, and closing. His team uses AI to improve efficiency while keeping the most important parts of recruiting human.
His leadership philosophy was shaped by mentors and, notably, by members of his own recruiting team who taught him the craft when he first stepped into recruiting leadership.
