At Ameri-Force, your safety is our priority. When you take the step to report an accident, near-miss, or hazard—even if it seems minor—you’re doing more than just checking a box. You’re helping protect your job, your team, and yourself.

What your report makes possible:

• We can act fast to correct unsafe conditions before they turn into injuries.
• You help us build a safer environment where you and your coworkers can work confidently.
• We learn from every incident, improve our tools and training, and reduce the chance of something similar happening again.

What we ask of you:

• Report any incident, injury, near-miss or hazard immediately to your supervisor.
• Be alert to the hazards around you. If it looks risky — speak up.
• Take ownership of your own safety and look out for others on your crew.

Events to report (no matter how small):

• Injuries or illnesses
• First-aid treatment or medical attention
• Equipment or property damage
• Near misses that could have caused injury or damage
• Hazards that are present or developing in the work area

If an accident begins to unfold:

1. Call emergency services (911) if needed.
2. Report it to your direct supervisor right away. *When working at Ameri-Force, this includes your Ameri-Force Manager*
3. Follow all instructions from your employer, the authorities, and medical personnel.
4. Stay calm. If safe to do so, help move people away from danger.
5. Let us handle the cleanup, follow-up and corrective action so you can focus on what matters — your recovery and return to work safely.
