Accident Reporting Steps

- Call 911 and notify emergency personnel immediately if necessary.
- Report the event to supervision in accordance with company policy.
- Be familar with the company’s accident reporting policy.
- Abide by directives from the company, authorities on scene, and treating physicians.
- Remain calm and in control.
- Help move people to a safe distance, if necessary and if possible.
